Terms and Conditions

1. The service

Fox IPTV provides a 12-month internet television subscription for $79. Orders are requested through WhatsApp, and we confirm the details with you before activation.

2. What is not included

Devices, internet access and third-party player applications are not included in the subscription unless we state otherwise in writing. You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining them.

3. Acceptable use

• You must only use the service to access content you are legally authorized to watch in your country.
• You must not resell, redistribute or publicly rebroadcast the service.
• You must not share your subscription details with people outside your household.
• You must not attempt to interfere with or reverse engineer the service.

4. Availability

Availability, performance and application support can vary by device, operating system, network and region. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, because your internet connection and third-party platforms are outside our control.

5. Support

Setup assistance is provided through WhatsApp and email during the subscription period. We aim to reply promptly but cannot guarantee a specific response time.

6. Subscription period

The subscription lasts twelve months from activation and does not renew automatically. To continue afterwards, contact us again.

7. Suspension

We may suspend or end a subscription without refund if these terms are breached, particularly in cases of resale, sharing or unlawful use.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for your subscription. We are not liable for indirect losses, or for issues caused by your device, network or third-party applications.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The current version is always published on this page.
