Smartphones and tablets
- Install a supported player. Open the App Store or Google Play and install one of the player applications we recommend for your subscription.
- Open the application and find the setup screen. Most players ask for a playlist or account details on first launch.
- Enter the details we send you. Copy them exactly, including any dashes, and save.
- Let the list load. The first load can take a minute on mobile data. Wi-Fi is usually faster and steadier.
- Test playback. Start something, then check that switching between items behaves normally.
Windows and Mac computers
- Choose a supported desktop player. Download it only from the developer's official website or your computer's official app store.
- Install it normally. Approve the standard security prompt your operating system shows for new applications.
- Add your subscription details. Paste them into the player's playlist or account field rather than typing them by hand.
- Prefer a wired connection. An Ethernet cable is the most stable option for a desktop computer.
- Keep the player updated. Updates often fix playback problems on newer operating systems.
If something does not work
- Restart the application, then the device, before changing any settings.
- Test your internet speed on the same device and network.
- Re-enter the details carefully — one wrong character stops everything loading.
- Message us with a description or photo of the error and we will guide you.
