1. Install a supported player. Open the App Store or Google Play and install one of the player applications we recommend for your subscription.
2. Open the application and find the setup screen. Most players ask for a playlist or account details on first launch.
3. Enter the details we send you. Copy them exactly, including any dashes, and save.
4. Let the list load. The first load can take a minute on mobile data. Wi-Fi is usually faster and steadier.
5. Test playback. Start something, then check that switching between items behaves normally.

Windows and Mac computers

1. Choose a supported desktop player. Download it only from the developer's official website or your computer's official app store.
2. Install it normally. Approve the standard security prompt your operating system shows for new applications.
3. Add your subscription details. Paste them into the player's playlist or account field rather than typing them by hand.
4. Prefer a wired connection. An Ethernet cable is the most stable option for a desktop computer.
5. Keep the player updated. Updates often fix playback problems on newer operating systems.

If something does not work

• Restart the application, then the device, before changing any settings.
• Test your internet speed on the same device and network.
• Re-enter the details carefully — one wrong character stops everything loading.
