We only collect what we need to answer your enquiry and deliver a subscription. That usually means your name, email address, WhatsApp number, the device you plan to use and the content of the messages you send us.
How we use it
- To reply to your questions and confirm device compatibility.
- To process and deliver your 12-month subscription.
- To provide setup assistance and ongoing support.
- To keep basic records of orders and correspondence.
What we do not do
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes. We do not send unsolicited promotional messages to people who have only asked a question.
Messaging platforms
When you contact us on WhatsApp, that conversation is also processed by WhatsApp under its own privacy terms, which we do not control. The same applies to your email provider.
Retention
We keep enquiry and subscription records only as long as they are useful for support and for any legal or accounting obligations that apply, and then delete them.
Your choices

Website data
This website is intentionally simple. It does not run advertising trackers or sell visitor data. Any basic analytics we may use are limited to understanding which pages are useful.
